The Pierce Twins

Phallon and Kyra Pierce are 16-year-old identical twins, known as The Pierce Twins. They are honor students who are also professionally trained and experienced artists, athletes, hosts and activists.

The Pierce Twins promote social equity, positivity, wellness, and literacy for kids and teens. They are currently working with Illinois state legislators on “The Pierce Twins Bill” which promotes the inclusion of books written by diverse authors in literary curriculums across the state. As founders of Positive Change Charities, a 501 (3)(c) organization, Phallon and Kyra have provided over 2000 books written by multicultural authors to kids in need and underfunded school libraries across Chicago and surrounding suburbs. They plan to expand their giving Nationwide in 2023.

The Pierce Twins have received tremendous community support along with local media coverage on CBS2News, Fox32News, NBC5 News, Daily Herald, and the Chicago Defender. They’ve been featured in National publications including Popsugar, Authority Magazine, and Enspire Magazine for their activism. Phallon and Kyra have also been recognized for their commitment to the community and positive impact by United Airlines and the Chicago Bulls. Additionally, they were featured globally by Disney in Disney’s Ultimate Princess Celebration Campaign.

Phallon and Kyra have also appeared on multiple Disney platforms and television shows that include Chicago Fire on NBC and Southside on HBO Max. They’ve been involved in several independent projects, music videos, Podcasts and local Chicago theater productions. The Pierce Twins are 2022 Nexstar National Teen Duet Dance Champions that have also won dance and photogenic awards at national, regional, and local levels. They have more than 11 years of training in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Broadway, and Musical Theater. They’ve earned National honors as 2022-23 Nfinity All-American High School cheerleaders and also received other top honors on a National, Regional, and local level in competitive cheerleading. The twins are all-around athletes who are also on their High School Varsity track team earning multiple awards. And in the past, they’ve also won basketball championships at a local level. The twins are a part of Collaboration Theater’s The Light 2021-2022 and 2022-23 cast. Phallon and Kyra have performed at numerous Chicago festivals including Lollapalooza in 2022. The Chicago Daily Herald has included them in “The two dozen top theater artists to watch in Chicagoland”.

During their free time, Phallon and Kyra love to read, watch movies and spend time with family, friends, and their puppy Blu.
